Overall such great stay for our room. Late check-out was useful. This accommodation was in the central location near the sea❤🙂

Everything was really good, kind staff, perfect location adjacent to pier and Cable cars and all the tourist spots.

Pleasant accommodation with handy setting right by Cable cars, Pier 39 and all the tourist spots. The staff were efficient and made me feel comfortable. I appreciated the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Plenty of delicious items for buffet breakfast. Excellent service from the staff.

appealing hotel, good value, what else to wish for. very supportive staff, exemplary service, pleasant views. location is phenomenal, not too far from hyde street. it is equipped with a separate shower, which is a bonus.

As for me, the area was too dark.

Attentive staff, fine breakfast, fine wi-fi. Splendid view, a nice balcony, large bed, too. The location was really handy, just a short stroll away from an east-west street. The outdoor restaurant was astonishing with lots of meals in the menu.

All in all, I spend my time comfortably. Ordered diner at their on-site restaurant Bay Street Bistro.

Breakfast was great and the team was excellent. Well-equipped bathroom with a washbasin. A wide range of restaurants to eat close by, like Surisan that was only 15 minutes' walk away. Will certainly stay here again, if in San Francisco: )
